Russiannewfaces LLC. and the User in the field of providing and processing personal data.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Service!
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS1.1 Service - a software and hardware complex, access to which is provided by the functionality of Mobile Application "Natural Rejuvenation", the exclusive rights to which belong to the Administration.
1.2 Administration - persons authorized to manage the Service, acting on behalf of the individual entrepreneur Russiannewfaces LLC, who organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations), committed with personal data.
1.3 Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific, or determined User of the Service.
1.4 User - a person who has access to the Service via the Internet and uses information materials.
1.5 Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.6 Confidentiality of personal data is a mandatory requirement for the person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.
1.7 Account - the User's authentication and personal data, created as a result of the registration procedure, are required to use the capabilities or individual functions of the Service.
1.8 Cookies are a small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page.
1.9 IP address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS2.1 The use of the Service by the User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's data.
2.2 The Administration processes the User's data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the Service. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending his data to the Administration, the User agrees with this Policy.
2.3 This Privacy Policy applies to the Service. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for the resources of third parties to which the User can click on the links available on the Service.
2.4 The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration for non-disclosure and provision of a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration of the Service when registering an Account.
3.2 Personal information. Personal data required for the app functionality permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Service and includes the following information:
- Surname, name of the User;
- Email address (e-mail).
3.3 App info and performance. The Service protects Data that is automatically transmitted when visiting pages:
- IP address;
- Information from cookies;
- Information about the browser;
- Access time;
- Referrer (address of the previous page).
- Crash logs.
3.4 Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access some parts of the Service that require authorization.
3.5 Location. The Service collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, identify and solve technical problems.
3.6 Users can (optionally) upload his/her personal photos.
3.7 According to the flow of the app user can (optionally) opt in the boxes of exercises in the daily to-do list called "Plan for today". Such activity is collected and aggregated. Aggregated result is shown in the form of a star rating of the user's activity.
3.8 Device And Connection Information. We collect device and connection-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, app version, mobile operator or ISP, and language.
3.9 Transactions And Payments Data. If you use our payments services or use our Services meant for purchases or other financial transactions, we process additional information about you, including payment account and transaction information. Payment account and transaction information include information needed to complete the transaction (for example, information about your payment method, shipping details, and transaction amount). If you use our payments services available in your country or territory, our privacy practices are described in the applicable payments privacy policy.
4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL USER INFORMATION4.1 The User's data may be used by the Administration for the following purposes:
4.1.1 Conclusion, execution, and termination of civil contracts with the User.
4.1.2 User identification for using the Service, creating an Account.
4.1.3 Providing the User with access to personalized materials of the Service.
4.1.4 Providing the User with effective technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Service.
4.2 Also, the Administration has the right to send the User notifications about new materials and services, special offers, and various events. The user can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending the Administration a letter to the e-mail address beautify.man@gmail.com marked "Refusal of notifications about new materials and services and special offers."
4.3 Users can (optionally) upload personal photographs in the "Personal Information" section". Such pictures are used to personalize the user's profile.
4.4 Users can (optionally) upload several personal photographs to the "Photodiary" section. These pictures are used for creating Before and After collages.
4.5 User's activity in the form of star rating is accessible only in the user interface and its purpose is to let the user understand his/her activity in the past.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION5.1 The processing of the User's data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2 The administration ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
5.3 The User's data can be transferred to the authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4 The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.5 The user can at any time revoke his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Administration via e-mail to the email address beautify.man@gmail.com marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
5.6 User's personal photographs in the Photodiary section are sent to the third-party service - Azure to receive coordinates for cropping for the Before and After collage and to determine the age of the user that is disclosed only to the user as a part of the Service. The photographs are not saved on the third-party service server. Users can permanently delete all uploaded photographs from the Service server at any time in the Personal Information section by clicking on the "Delete account" button.
5.7 User's activity can be permanently erased from the server together with the rest of the personal information by clicking on the "Delete account" button in the Personal Information section.
5.8 Your data is not encrypted. We do everything possible to keep your data safe. If you disagree you can delete your account at any time.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES6.1 The user has the right:6.1.1 Make a free decision to provide your data necessary for using the Service and consent to their processing.
6.1.2 Update, and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.1.3 The user has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of his data, if such a right is not limited by federal laws. The user has the right to demand from the Administration clarification of his data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided by law to protect their rights.
6.2 The Administration is obliged:6.2.1 Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and also not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except clause 5.2 of this Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4 Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of contact or request of the User, or his legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES7.1 The Administration is not responsible to third parties for the accuracy and correctness of the personal data provided by the Users.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1 Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2 Was received from a third party before its receipt by the Service Administration.
7.2.3 Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
7.3 The user is fully responsible for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the laws on advertising, the protection of copyright and related rights, the protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the above, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.
7.4 The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to: the use or inability to use the Service or individual services; unauthorized access to the User's communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the Service.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION8.1 Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim in writing or electronically.
8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, in writing or electronic form, notifies the applicant of the claim about the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3 If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court at the location of the Contractor.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS9.1 The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Service unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
9.3 The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
